It features 3M's super- strong 300LSE adhesive. 3M 300LSE adhesive bonds extremely well with metal, wood, plastics, hard leather, suede, fabrics, and rubber. 3M 300LSE bonds even with Acrylic and other so-called "Low Surface Energy" (hence the “LSE” designation in 300LSE) plastics that don't bond well with other glues. 3M's 9474LE is 3M's most sophisticated design of 300LSE-based double-sided adhesives.
