Doxie Q Series Replacement Paper Pad (7,500 scan Life)
Doxie Q Series Replacement Paper Pad (7,500 scan Life)
Doxie’s paper pad is a rubber and metal pad that applies pressure to stacks of paper as they scan, allowing Doxie’s automatic feeder and rollers to “grab” one sheet a time. It may need to be replaced if you start to see recurring feeding issues that did not routinely occur previously (specifically, double feeding or paper not starting to feed at all). We estimate that the paper pad has a 7,500 scan life before it needs to be replaced. Note: If you purchased Doxie Q before May 2017, the paper pad that came pre-installed with your scanner has a 3,000 scan cycle. All replacement paper pads have a 7,500 scan cycle and are fully compatible with your Doxie. If your Doxie Q Series scanner is relatively new, you definitely don’t need a replacement paper pad or pick roller. If you’re having trouble with scanning or feeding, check out our scanning help site or contact Doxie Customer Care for expert assistance. Visit the Doxie Q Series Help website for more information on figuring out if you need a replacement paper pad, along with installation instructions.
