Shipping Charges
We offer international shipping to key markets including the United States, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and countries across the European Union. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, with automatic redirection to your country-specific page to ensure accurate currency conversion and pricing transparency. For destinations outside these regions, our team is available to arrange tailored shipping solutions upon request.
Shipping Method
We deliver to residential and commercial addresses, as well as PO boxes where applicable. For business deliveries, please ensure that the company name and a designated contact person are clearly provided to facilitate smooth delivery.
All shipments require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure handover. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or redelivery, typically via the nearest postal facility or local depot.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within three (3) business days from the date of purchase. Please note that items marked as backordered or temporarily out of stock may require additional handling time prior to dispatch.
In the event of any delays, inventory changes, or unforeseen circumstances, our team will proactively notify you via email with updated timelines.
For orders containing multiple items, shipments may be fulfilled either as a single consolidated delivery or split across multiple consignments, depending on product availability and warehouse location. Full shipping details, including tracking information, will be provided once each shipment is dispatched.
International Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipment weight, and dimensions of the order. Customers may obtain an estimated shipping fee by adding items to their cart and using the “Estimate Shipping” function at checkout prior to completing their purchase.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other regulatory fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our listed prices and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Dingo Shipping Global does not assume liability for any additional costs, delays, or actions imposed by customs authorities. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes. In such cases, shipments may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority, and no refund will be issued.
Please note that all shipments are declared in accordance with international trade regulations. Requests to misdeclare goods, including marking items as “gifts” to reduce or avoid duties, cannot be accommodated as this may violate applicable laws. For further clarification on import regulations and potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order.
