If you wish to return an item, please read the instructions below carefully.

If your product is damaged, faulty due to a manufacturing defect, or you received an incorrect item, please submit the RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM below. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return. All requests are treated as a priority. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM

Refunds are processed within three (3) business days once the returned item has been shipped to and received at our designated warehouse.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Include all original documentation, tags, accessories, and original packaging

• Be unused and in resalable condition

• Have intact factory seals and undamaged retail packaging

Items that show signs of use, damage, tampering, or mishandling while in the customer’s possession are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items delivered late or damaged in transit by Australia Post. In such cases, customers must contact Australia Post directly to lodge a claim.
