HEat the back of your Samsung\nGalaxy S8 to soften the adhesive and use an oening pick or an MMOBIEL Oening\nTool and slide it in between the back cover and the mid frame to break the\nadhesive. Step 2 After breaking up all the Samsung S8 Adhesive, open up the\nback cover like a book. PLease be sure to do this carefully since there is a\nFingerprint Sensor Cable connectoed to the Logic Board that needs to be\ndisconnected. Step 3 Remove the Adhesive from the Samsung S8 Midframe. Step 4\nRemove the following Screws Read more Step 5 Remove the NFC Antenna Step 6\nDisconnect the Battery Connector from the Samsung Galaxy S8 Logig Board. Step\n7 Disconnect the Display and Digitizer Connector from the Samsung Galaxy S8\nLogic Board. Step 8 Use a Heat Gun to soften the Adhesive between the Front\nGlass and the Midframe of the Samsung Galaxy S8. Keep Re-heating the front panel and remove\nthe broken front glass with the wire cutter by sliding it from the top to the\nbottom.
