Once it is attached to your windshield, it\nisn't coming down unless you want it to by pressing on the suction release.\nSecondly, the angle of the mounting plate can be adjusted up and down. Your\ndevice attaches to the mounting plate with 2 magnetic strips which we provide.\nIt really looks great as you can see in the pictures. And here's another\nbonus: the antenna is stored safely inside your car. We actually had a\ncustomer whose antenna was pulled from his roof. Can't happen if you use this\nmount.
